Delivery fees and returns policy

FREE Delivery

FREE delivery is for orders £95 and over within mainland UK. For all other destinations please contact us for an accurate delivery charge.

Your order must be placed on our website before 12:00 and we regret that we cannot specify a delivery time and we do not deliver on Saturdays.

A collection service is available if you would prefer to pick up your order. There is no charge and your goods will be ready for collection within three working days of placing your order. We will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time within our opening hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The collection address is Unit 1B, Highams Hill Farm, Layhams Road, Keston, Kent, BR2 6AR. Please bring along the credit card used to place your order, a form of photographic identification and your order number.

Returns Policy

The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the website.

We hope that you are happy with your purchases but if you do need to exchange or return an item please send it back in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt.

Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report this in writing within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange for an immediate exchange or refund. You can write to us at our address below or email us at enquiries@quickdisposables.co.uk.

Please return all parcels to Quick Disposables Ltd, Unit 1B Highams Hill Farm, Layhams Road, Keston, Kent, BR2 6AR.

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only deliver to the card holders address?

We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye, but delivery can take up to a week. This is also the case in some areas of Scotland. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses. We are also unable to ship outside of the UK.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders that are placed before 12:00 noon on a working week day that pass our security checks and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day.

When will my goods arrive?

Goods can be delivered anytime between 07:00 and 20:00 and we are unable to specify a delivery time. If a delivery does not arrive we will refund your delivery charge but are not liable for any other costs.

What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?

The courier will attempt a further delivery or leave a card with instructions. We regret that we cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for upto 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge along with the cost of the items will not be refunded.
